Description: A tribute to KHS&S Contractors theming creativity, the 175,000-square-foot addition to the legendary Forum Shops at Caesars Palace raises the bar once again in luxury retail construction.
With an artist’s affinity for seamlessly blending finishes and ornamentation, KHS&S created the project’s elaborate interiors, including Roman street facades, multiple-stepped soffits, intricately adorned va ceilings and the project’s dramatic signature – a three-story expansive atrium.
Charged with creating finishes true to the richness of ancient Rome, KHS&S took “faux” to a new level, using multiple techniques to bring stylized versions of existing marbles to life. The result is an extraordinary presentation of colors, detailing and finishes.
