A new 367,000 sq ft, 4 story diagnostic and testing facility. The collaboration and forethought during pre-construction, of all trade partners made this project deliver 4 months ahead of schedule. In addition to the contracting team, the owner, design team and inspectors worked cohesively throughout the project. This approach created the avenue to complete within budget.
