Kimpton Everly Hotel

On the ground of what once was a 5-story office building now stands the eye-catching, 11-story Kimpton Everly Hotel. As one of Hollywood’s latest hotels, the Kimpton Everly offers the ideal space to unwind and enjoy the city with views of the LA skyline or Hollywood Hills from every room. The new hotel is an ideal social space, offering a café, bar, and rooftop pool with a private suite for VIP events.

KHS&S made their mark on the project by prefabricating EIFS panels offsite at our Lake Elsinore Yard and having them arrive “Just in Time” for installation. With the tight confines of the bustling city, this method alleviated many job site logistical problems. (add additional information about job site successes)

KHS&S installed low-rise metal framing from the ground to level five and directly applied finishes at the porte-cochere entry way (expand on direct apply). We used a Dryvit Outsulation system for an energy-efficient and cost-effective way to create a phenomenal finished product.
