KHS&S was contracted to provide BIM modeling at the Las Vegas City Hall. The work included a “Kick Off” meeting to review the project, the needs, the “Big Room” meeting dates, clash detection dates, and sign offs. KHS&S coordinated the main model and incorporated the other trades elements into one working model. The BIM modeling helped create opportunity to save costs by not having to move walls or MEP’s due to unexpected placement as well as facilitate a schedule that had no room to move.
