Overview
Century City will become the landmark retail destination for the west side of Los Angeles, servicing a population of 14.5 million residents within the extended four-county trade area. Century City is located near Beverly Hills, one of the highest income neighborhoods on LA’s west side.
KHS&S is leading the way in construction innovation and this project is showcasing some of our latest innovation. Soffit Framing is being prefabricated offsite to increase productivity at a job site where construction is taking place during mall hours along the busiest streets in Century City.
For this mall remodel, KHS&S is providing exterior framing, sheathing, waterproofing, EIFS and theming. Thematic GFRC panels, Alucobond panels and louver system are being premanufactured and faux painted coming from as far away as London. There is no room for error when coordinating the arrival and installation. The second phase of Westfield Century City is set to open in the fall of 2017.
