Children’s Hospital Los Angeles is a new 480,000 square feet, seven-story, 348-bed patient tower. The project utilized a prefabricated medical wall unit system that saved several weeks off the schedule. This project was a successful GMP delivery that was completed on time and on budget. A successful interference wall approach in collaboration with the key MEP trade partners allowed for an achievable schedule and sequencing delivery.
