CHOC Tower II is a new tower adjacent to the existing hospital consisting of 463,000 square feet. The hospital will increase the number of beds from 306 to 384. The project includes new operating rooms, intensive care units inclusive of a new NIC unit. The project is utilizing a full design assist and 3D modeling for all overhead, structural and in-wall clash detection/coordination.
