First Tech Credit Union Headquarters

To support their employees and members during rapid growth, First Tech Credit Union opened a 150,000-square-foot headquarters in 2018. The new development is big enough to house 650 current employees with the potential to increase to 900. First Tech strives to be different from their counter parts in the financial services industry by creating an open-concept space. Floor-to-ceiling glass windows, a wood structural system exposed on the interior, and a façade reflecting the park environment outside all break down the lines between outdoors and indoors. The headquarters also represents a big step for First Tech as they are able to better serve their members and employee groups in the ‘Silicon Forest’ like Intel, Nike, and Tektronix.
