Overview

KHS&S completed both the interiors and exteriors for the tower and low-rise of this Tuscan-Themed casino and resort. The project required KHS&S artisans to meticulously create the interior sky ceiling, GFRC, FRP and GFRG ornamentation, faux wood finishes and leather & crackle finishes. In addition, KHS&S was responsible for the old world Venetian stucco and plaster finishes that adorn both the exterior and interior of this exquisite resort.

SERVICES PROVIDED

Interior framing and drywall, exterior EIFS, interior sky ceiling, GFRC, FRP and GFRG ornamentation, faux wood finishes, leather & crackle finishes, and Venetian stucco and plaster.
