Palms Casino Resort Renovations
Taking on a $620 million renovation, the Palms Casino Resort underwent a complete rebrand to return to its glory days of the early 2000s and position itself alongside Las Vegas’s premier resorts. From the porte-cochere arrival area to the rooftop nightclubs, nearly every piece of the property has been revamped, in some cases for the first time since the Palms’ opening in 2001. Phase 1 of the multi-year transformation began with opening new spaces like Bar Unknown, Scotch 80 Prime Steakhouse, APEX Social Club, and a redesigned casino floor. Phase 2 added a 29,000 square foot nightclub and 73,000 square foot pool club. New highly-acclaimed restaurants, redesigned rooms, and renovated Sky Villas capped off the largest resort renovation in Las Vegas history.
