PHASE 1

The Pechanga Resort & Casino, owned by the Pechanga Band of Luiseno Indians, is one of California’s largest hotel/casinos. The project is a 989,179-square-foot hotel/casino/conference center that includes a 13-story, 522-room hotel tower, an 88,000-square-foot casino, 40,000 square feet of convention space containing a 24,000-square-foot Grand Ballroom, 7 restaurants, a 1,200-seat theater-style showroom, retail space, a bingo hall, pool and spa facilities and a central plant.

PHASE 2

In November 2004, a 100,000-square-foot expansion was opened adding additional gaming space, a high limit gaming area, a food court area, a 54-table poker room and Kelsey’s, a sports-themed restaurant.

KHS&S scope of work included exterior GFRC Panels, interior framing and drywall, lath, plaster, interior paint and various water features.
