Poly Canyon Village is 820,000 sq. ft. with 11,000 load-bearing wall panels and is the largest cold-formed steel load-bearing framing project in California. Originally planned for a twenty-month construction schedule, this design/build project was successfully completed in fourteen months, shaving off six months from the original schedule.
The village is able to accommodate up to 2,670 students in four and five-bedroom housing units. With nine buildings, some as high as five stories, along with 5,811 sq. ft. of retail space, the village is the largest LEED-certified student housing community in the U.S.
