S’Park Market

S’Park is short for Sutherland Park, the neighborhood bringing residential, business, retail, and dining outlets all into one, connected community. Located in the heart of Boulder, Colorado, S’Park serves as a mixed-income and transit-oriented place for the city. Highlights of the 10.8-acre project include 203 apartments, 89,000 square feet of office space, and 43,000 square feet of retail space through five buildings. This includes the four-story Market which will be a mixed-use building housing office and retail space along with Boulder-based craft brewer, Upslope Brewing Co.
