The 710 Wilshire Boulevard project comprises the renovation of an existing, 6-level landmark 1928 Spanish Colonial Revival building and construction of a new, 7-level building over a 4-level subterranean parking structure.

The Project will delivers approximately 165,000 square feet of new program, including 270 hotel rooms, 6,000 square feet of ground floor retail suites, 7,000 square feet of food and beverage spaces, 6,000 square feet of meeting and banquet rooms, a lobby, paseo, courtyard, fitness center, rooftop pool deck and back-of-house support spaces.  The new parking structure will house 368 parking stalls.

One of the main prominent architectural design features of the building are the curved formed exterior walls fronting 7th Street and Wilshire Boulevard.  These curved formed walls were GFRC panels that were flown into place by KHS&S.
