Considered Silicon Valley’s premier shopping destination, the Westfield Valley Fair Mall underwent a $1.1 billion revitalization project, growing the Mall to 2.1 million square feet. With glass dominating the exterior, the sleek design gives Westfield Valley Fair an iconic and timeless new look. The expansion made room for 90 new stores along with showrooms for the latest luxury fashion brands. Other highlights of the Mall include a movie theater and entertainment alley, fitness center, and a six-level, high-tech parking garage.
As a repeat client, the Westfield Valley Fair Mall featured specialty work KHS&S takes great pride in. One iconic element was the seamless glass skylights, highlighted by main street soffits with backlit decorative Arktura panels that flood the center with natural light. More signature work from KHS&S included the Main Street skylight and a spectacular oculus skylight.
