This 512,000 square foot, 11-story inpatient medical hospital was the first project of this type in this area to top down prior to MEP trades. KHS&S was able to show the benefits of this method to the MEP trades as well as the contractors.
Tahoe Tower contains 190 private patient rooms, 17 large surgical suites and 75 new examination rooms in the emergency department.
