KHS&S made Las Vegas even more elaborate with its work on The Palazzo, a world-class luxury hotel located on The Strip.The $1.8 billion Palazzo hotel features a 50-floor tower with nearly 3,025 luxury suites. The hotel lobby boasts a 60-foot glass dome, a two-story fountain, imported marble, bronze case columns and custom wall finishes. The hotel also has an elaborate pool deck with pools, gardens, sculptures, cabanas, and fountains.
KHS&S created and produced the murals and finishes throughout The Palazzo casino’s public areas, designing and installing interior and exterior water features, and completing the exterior EIFS on the project’s pool deck.
According to the USGBC, The Palazzo is not only the largest LEED-certified building in the United States but it is over four times bigger than the second-largest.
